'The Beauty Within' is an abstract representation of a macro shot of a flower, or maybe a something you would see under a microscope. The close-up makes the flower unrecognisable, but it's beauty is still very much there.
 
There are some lovely metallic notes in this painting, that really lift it up. They allow for light play, and give it an extra dimension.
 
The painting was done with alcohol inks on heavy Yupo paper. Yupo paper is thick, high quality synthetic paper. It will not rip like regular paper does. It is covered with several layers of varnish for protection.
 
The size is A2, or 59.4 x 42 cm.
